The Rome Foundation app gives users access to free resources for
education, and medical diagnostics related to GI disorders. It also also
has a marketplace for Books, algorithm slide sets, and other physical
products.
As the sole developer of the Flutter application, I focused on the
frontend, while backend and design were handled separately. Key challenges
included implementing a local database for offline support, allowing both
authenticated and unauthenticated usage, building a marketplace for
digital products, and navigating the complexities of cross-platform
development for iOS and Android.
